This large framed display features eight different Lincoln related relics, all mounted within magnified boxes handsomely displayed in a scarlet suede mat with gold Florentine trim. Included from left to right tracing his life and death are the following:

  1. A strand of Lincoln’s hair
  2. A strand of Mary Lincoln’s hair
  3. A small wood remnant from a wall lathe from Lincoln’s only existing law office in Springfield, IL
  4. A remnant from the drapery in Lincoln’s Springfield home.
  5. A fragment of wood from Ford’s Theater in  Washington.
  6. A remnant of a bandage from the Peterson House’s room where Lincoln died.
  7. A remnant of wood from the scaffold used in the execution of the assassination conspirators
  8. A strand of hair from Mary Surratt, one of the accused and convicted assassins executed on July 7, 1865.

Overall size of frame is 23” x 25”.
