The body of this bolt is in good cleaned condition with light to moderate pitting throughout the surface. Both the upper and lower bourrelets are easily discernable. The sabot is a copper ring and is in good condition.
This bolt was meant for use in the 3.00 inch iron (ordnance) rifle.
The place of recovery for this item is Resaca, Georgia.
