This box of artillery friction primers is in very good condition. It is unopened and essentially undamaged. The box itself appears to be made of wood with a paper label wrapped around it. The paper has turned a greenish blue with age. Measuring approx. 1.5 inches by 2.25 inches, the box is labeled as holding 5 friction primers from the Frankford Arsenal.
