This pack of 12 second artillery fuses originates from the Frankford Arsenal and was produced in 1863. Portions of the paper covering the top has small tears and has come loose allowing it to be lifted. All 5 fuses remain undisturbed inside. Packet is covered in blue paper and retains the five small cotton tear strips. The pack is lightly soiled but printed label and instructions are readable.   [jet]
