Original pack of five second time fuses manufactured at the Frankford Arsenal in Philadelphia, PA during the Civil War. Pack constructed of a drilled wood block that holds five paper time fuses. Covered in a yellow preprinted label that reads “Frankford Arsenal/1863/5 Second Fuses” with instructions on how to open the pack. Paper has stains, otherwise no rip with minor wear to corners. [ws]
