Laws include:  “An Act for the Organization, Discipline, and Regulation of the Militia of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania” (pp. 9-34, incl. supp.); “An Act Relating to the Payment of Bounties to Volunteers” (pp. 35-42, incl. supp.); and “An Act to regulate elections by soldiers in actual military service” (pp. 43-52), adopted August 25, 1864.

Back wrap is separated from the remainder of the booklet, and front wrap.  Moderate soiling, foxing to wraps, as well as minor paper loss.  Remainder of pages show staining along the edges.
