Exhibits light soiling and wear at the extremities, with spine chipped in three places. Else good plus, with tight spine and pages signatures. Written as “A Letter to an English Friend,” Major Barnard’s was the first in-depth study of the rebel victory of Bull Run. A scarce book, and a solid collectible.
