Full calf, 11.25 x 8”, w/marbled edges, raised bands, and black lea., gilt trimmed spine labels. All four volumes exhibit weak hinges, and have been priced down accordingly. Calf spine displays scuff; covers are good, as are all texts. Classic set, w/battle accounts written by eminent commanders from both sides, which appeared serially in Century Magazine between 1884-87.
