Exhibits light to moderate rubbing & scratching at the extremities & corners. Front hinge cracking, v. 1; other three hinge starting. Texts lightly yellowed and foxed, but entirely legible. Else VG. Scarce source book of British Army history from the time of the 1066 Norman Conquest to the temporary 1802 Treaty of Amiens truce with Napoleon. Great collectible, fine reference. [JP]
