Pamphlet is mounted in beige-matted, contemporary frame measuring 13 x10", with small brass plaque ["Sully's Civil War Training manual-1861"] at lower margin. Contemporary card backing with hang-wire. Outer cover exhibits lightly soiling, with light chipping and two small .5" creases along spine. Text lightly yellowed but entirely legible. Else VG, and a superb collectible. This non-com manual is an extremely scarce classic. [jp]
