Classic 1850’s-1870 period black glass, three piece molded bottle. This type is frequently recovered from both Union and Confederate camp sites. This example stands 9 ¼” tall and measures 2 ½” in diameter across the base. The sides and neck exhibits some surface scrapes and abrasions from being buried. No chips or cracks noted.
