Classic Civil War era pint size capacity, three piece molded black glass ale or porter bottle. A type commonly recovered on both Union and Confederate camp sites and winter quarters. This example stands 9 ½” tall with a base measurement o 2 ½” across. There are surface scratches along the length of the body and wear scuffing to the base. No chips or cracks noted. Nice specimen to add to your camp display.
