This handled stoneware jug measures 7 ½” tall x 3” wide at the base. Top is stamped with, “SCOTCH WHISKEY”. Original cork stopper is present. Jug dates to circa 1850- 1880.
Nice golden color with some variations and crackling which is typical of handmade pottery. Very good condition with no cracks or chips. [sm]
