Non-dug Eagle “C” button. Cuff size. Nice bright face; spread-winged eagle with the letter “C” in central shield.  Shank is present with slight bend. Backmark reads “SCOVILL CO. WATERBURY.” One small spot of tarnish in “U” of Waterbury.  [jet]
