Three piece “ladder” assembly—bronze bar pin/ silver ribbon/aluminum medallion—measuring 3.5” in total length, medallion 1.5” in circumference. Ribbon exhibits slight wear, else near fine.
Bar pin inscription “Veteran”. Ribbon inscription “New Orleans 1903”. Medallion obverse “’61/ UCV/ 65/ crossed flags (Confederate & Louisiana)/ New Orleans May 19, 1903.” Obverse inscription “Justice, Union & Confidence”/ “Schwaab S. & S. Co. Milwaukee”.
Excellent United Confederate Veterans/ N.O., Louisiana collectible. In black Riker box, 4.5 x 5.5”, w/white foam backing. [jp]
