A very nice Confederate $100.00 T-40 note. A steam engine at top center with a milkmaid at bottom left. Printed by J.T. Paterson & Co. in Columbia, S.C. Hand dated June 29, 1862. Serial number 16069 done by hand in red ink. Printing is dark with good contrast. Crisp and clean paper. Trimmed tight but fully framed image. No folds, tears, or creases. Few pinholes. Three “interest paid” stamps and an ink signature on back. This is a nice $100 Confederate bill.   [jet]
