There are four borders on the front. Three have “FIVE SHILLINGS” and the right column reads “A CROWN” mixed in red and black ink. The front also contains the Penn family arms with the motto "Mercy Justice." Colony name appears as "Pennsylvania".
The back displays a cut of a farm scene. Printed by Hall and Sellers in Philadelphia.
Old fold (vertical), with several pin holes. Some soiling. [jet]
