The reverse has:

Recd. On this return six pounds of Beef Nine pounds of Pork + twelve pounds of Flour.

There is a town listed before that appears to read “Scarsdeal” [sic Scarsdale]. The document is written out in ink and is legible. Paper is in good condition.
