Directs all cavalryman to be accurate in their reports of enemy strengths, movements, etc., talks of questioning prisoners. Care to be taken filling out reports. Concludes "Cavalry officers and soldiers must always remeber that they are the "eyes and ears" of the General command..." By order of Maj. Gen. Jos. Wheeler. Foxed in the center from ink. Otherwise fine.
