Single page document dated October 24, 1862. Document is written in ink and reports 23 men by name who are excused from duty for the day. All ink is legible. Boldly signed by Surgeon William T. Robinson.

William T. Robinson was commissioned Assistant Surgeon, 104th Pennsylvania Infantry on October 16, 1861 and made Surgeon on October 8, 1862. He was captured on John’s Island, S.C. on July 4, 1864. If he was paroled the record does not state it. He was mustered out August 25, 1865.
