This General Order is dated September 18, 1863 and runs approx. 100 pages. It lists hundreds of Union officers promoted since the publishing of General Order 181 on November 1, 1862. The last page lists Officers Cashiered with only one entry, Major General Fitz-John Porter. String binding is in good condition as are the pages. An interesting document with plenty of information.
