Postcard features a view of the Frankford Arsenal, and is labeled at the bottom, “MAIN DRIVE LKG WEST, FRANKFORD ARSENAL (43)”. The drive leading to the arsenal is lined on the left with artillery, and on the right with cannon balls.
Reverse is postmarked, “PHILA. PA, FRANKFORT, JUN 9, 12 M”. There is a green one cent stamp, which was cancelled. Postcard was sent to Perkasie, PA and has a handwritten note.
Postcard is in very good condition. Image is clear and has slightly yellowed with age. [SM]
