Cover has a shield made up of 5-pointed stars with the title at center. Bottom of cover has an embossed label for “O.J. WILLARD, MUSIC STORE, PIANO & MELODEONS, DUNKIRK, N.Y.” Upper right corner has a period pencil presentation that reads “TO MISS KATIE COWLS COMPLIMENTS OF MISS ANN MARIE COURT, SHERMAN, CHAU. CO. NEW YORK.”
