Dated “July 15, 1863, Portland Maine.” Pre-printed form, Government Printing Office, 1861, measuring 30.25 x 21”, w/inked entries.   Lists all officers, and enlisted men, who mustered for ninth months service in Portland, ME, September 10th, 1862. Includes those present at the July 15, 1863 mustering out, as well as death, deserters, and those discharged earlier. Exhibits fold-marks & very slight yellowing. Else VG plus.  This unit spent its enlistment posted to the defenses of Washington and Alexandria. During service it lost 56 men by disease. Solid Maine collectible.  [JP]
