Text advises of a Union War Meeting to be held at Keeseville, on Monday, October 27th, at 7 O’ Clock in the Evening, w/featured speakers O. Kellogg and L. Stetson. Attendance is requested of “all who desire the preservation of Union.” Keeseville was a small hamlet located between Essex and Clinton Counties in tip of the northeast corner of New York State, adjacent to Vermont.
