Ellsworth would be ambushed and killed by shotgun Alexandria’s Marshall House before the end of the month. Col. Wilson’s 6th NY Zouave Regt. would serve its two year enlistment in Florida.
In mint condition with slight cover page smudge in lower right corner. Plus tiny mounting dots along left margin. Comes in protective sleeve, with white card backing. Attractive collective, fine display piece.
