Interior includes several striking illustrations: most impressive are “Colonel’s Kilpatrick’s Late Cavalry Raid Though Virginia”, and a panoramic centerfold, “A Cavalry Attack”, drawn by famed New York Cartoonist Thomas Nast. Plus a montage of sketches from Port Hudson, and a portrait sketch of “The Late Stonewall Jackson”.
Exhibits mounting dots and chipping along left margin. Also a small inch tear inward from the right margin. Else VG, w/smooth cover. Solid collectible. In protective sleeve, w/white card margin.
