This original Harper’s Weekly is dated January 26, 1861, page number 56. It is titled, “FORT SUMTER, SEEN FROM THE REAR, AT LOW WATER - FROM A SKETCH BY AN OFFICER OF MAJOR ANDERSON’S COMMAND”. Paper has lightly yellowed with age. Image is clear with good contrast.

Visible portion of page measures 10 x 14 ¾”, is matted and housed in wood frame. Frame measures approx. 15” x 20 ½”. Frame is in very good condition. Reverse has wire for hanging purposes.    [sm]
