Interior illustrations include full page depiction  of General Grant’s troops “In the Trenches Before Petersburg.” Also reportage of “Farragut Off Mobile” and sketches of “Fort Morgan Just After Surrender, ” and “The Brooklyn,” Showing The Shots Received On Her Starboard Side During The engagement of August 5, 1864.”

Exhibits mounting dots and light chipping  of left cover margins; t and front & rear covers detached, faint fold-marks.  Else VG, w/smooth cover. Solid issue, superb illustrations. In protective sleeve, w/white card backing.  [JP]
