This item is professionally framed, to include double matting and museum quality plexiglass. Along with the endorsement, the framed piece includes an original CDV of Grant with a backmark of “F. Gutekunst”. This photo was taken after Lincoln’s death, as it shows a morning band being worn on Grant’s left arm. The piece measures approximately 9” X 13” in size.
