For use with the British Pattern 1856 .577 caliber Enfield Infantry Short Rifle, commonly called the “Two Band/Sgt’s Model” Rifle.
Overall length is 29”. Blade is semi-bright and measures 23 7/8” long with British Proof marks. Grips are of pressed black leather, with some minor wear. Scabbard is of black leather with minor scuff marks; throat and drag made of steel, which is semi-gray. Scabbard stitching is strong and tight. Nice clean example.
