C1820-1840, excellent example of this style bayonet. Single edged, slightly beveled blade measures 22 ¼” long x 1 ¼” wide. Nice untouched patina with no rust/pitting. Socket measures 4” long; stamped “50”, with a darker patina. Would easily fit a Jager firearm.
