This is the type of bayonet used on the Model 1842 Musket. Measures almost 21” overall.  This specimen features a very fine condition, original bright finish. Complete with locking ring and screw.  Strongly stamped “US” on blade flat. As nice a specimen as you’ll ever find.    [jet]
