Bayonet is in very good condition. The blade surface is smooth and exhibits a pewter color patina. The socket and elbow have some minor dings. Gutter on upper surface of blade runs about 9” long with the overall length of the piece being 19”. Nice “US / SC” stamping on the flat. Socket also marked “1 / 10” on side and “S S” inside.
