Bayonet is unmarked as it should be. The surfaces are semi-bright with light scattered mottling with scattered spots of oxidation and some minor pin-prick pitting on the socket.
Socket meas. 3.00 inches in length and has a crude ring stop. The locking ring is held together by a round head screw which is correct.
Blade meas. 19 7/8 inches long with a wide central fuller.
This is a rare bayonet in nice overall condition. [ad]
