Bayonet is in good condition with light to scattered mottling that is a little heavier on the socket. “US” marking on the flat is gone. Locking ring turns freely. The blade has a thin closed hairline crack on its face running approx. 2.25 inches. It is located approx. 5.25 inches from the point. This is right on the surface and should not pose any problem.
