Overall length of the knife from the highest point of the stag handle to the tip of the blade is approx. 11.25 inches. The blade itself has a clipped point and meas. approx. 5.25 inches long. The blade is dark with a light coating of surface rust. Both the true edge and the false edge are free of nicks. Stag horn handle has one high point and one low. The tang of the blade passes through the handle and emerges between the two points and is secured by being peened over. There is an iron ferrule below the handle and a thin iron counter guard below that. Leather scabbard is sewn down both sides. Leather shows light wear but is in otherwise good condition. Knife fits the scabbard well. The top section of the scabbard has a sewn belt loop.
