Rare blue paper cartridge for .58 caliber rifle muskets. This cartridge contains a Williams patent, type III "cleaner" bullet. These blue cartridges are the not commonly encountered. There a few small light spots on the paper but otherwise this specimen is tight and solid and is a great example of a rare Civil War cartridge.   [jet]
