Very rare full box of cartridges for the Perrin revolver. Round, pasteboard box containing 25 cartridges. Cartridges were manufactured by Charles Fusnot and Company. The Perrin revolver and its unique cartridges were patented in England by William E. Newton for Messrs. Perrin and Delmas of Paris on October 5, 1859. The Perrin cartridge is a self-contained, centerfire cartridge. This package is in good shape, showing wear and tear only to the paper edging on the top and bottom. The label is complete and very readable. While the Perrin cartridges are fairly common, their pasteboard boxes are very rare. Here is your opportunity to acquire a full pack! [jet]
