WHITNEY .31 CALIBER POCKET REVOLVER COMBINATION TOOL

$195.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 30-2140

Whitney made about 32,500 5-shot pocket revolvers from the late 1850s into the early 1860s, taking advantage of the expiration of some of Colt’s patents. They were a convenient arm for person defense for travelers and the like and, while not a military issue arm, they are the sort of lightweight pistol an officer might favor for an emergency. This is the combination nipple wrench and screwdriver tool in excellent condition with better than 90 percent blue, mixed with a couple of small brown spots.  [sr]
