Flask decorated with a military design that shows a spread-winged eagle facing to his left perched upon arrows and olive branches.  Below this is a pair of clasped hands surrounded by an embossed oval of twenty stars. Directly below the stars is the military motif in panoply of flags, cannon, muskets and trumpets, all under a large shield device. A  single small brass swivel ring is  attached to each side of the flask’s upper neck.
