The Artillery luger is fitted with an 8-inch barrel. It is chambered for the 9mm Parabellum cartridge. It has an adjustable sight and a lug for a stock. Chambers are dated between 1914 to 1918. These were to be used by artillery and machine gun units.

Offered is serial number 8379n, and dated 1917. All parts are correctly numbered except the magazine does not match but is correct for the pistol. Slide has the DWM monogram and on the receiver are production proofs of DWM and the military acceptance. Finish is over 50 % still visible. Grips show wear but have no cracks. Bore is very bright with good rifling.
