Item Code: 740-08

Blackpowder Colt Single Action Army, .45 cal, mfg. 1888 with 5 1/2" barrel. It is serial number 126625. This is a super honest, real deal cowboy gun. The gun has a plum patina overall, with original screws, trigger, sights, long knurled hammer, and matching serial numbers. The original Eagle hard rubber grips are heavily worn, and have had some initials carved into the butt during the period. Otherwise no chips or cracks. The muzzle shows extensive, honest wear and the barrel marking is faint but readable. Frame and serial numbers are strong. Good, strong action, with a good bore for an old blackpowder Colt. This gun is 100% untouched and original, and with honest wear. A perfect example of a gun that was in the west.
