The Model 38-H is a semi-automatic pistol in 7.65 MM. The serial number is on the right side of the frame. The left side of the slide is marked J.P.SAUER & SOHN, SUHL and CAL 7.65 and the right side is marked PATENT. Due to the urgency of the war, the exterior surfaces are not polished as well as change in the grip material and stamped parts.

Offered is a police marked serial number 340409 38 –H. It is marked with the Eagle N Nitro proofmark under the serial number and right side of the slide. The left side of the trigger guard is stamped with the Police C proof mark. Original finish with only areas of wear.

Holster is black leather in very good condition. Marked under the flap is SCHAMBACHS / BERLIN / 1942 and an Eagle Police acceptance proofmark. Also includes an extra magazine.

Firearms may only be shipped to a licensed dealer (FFL Holder) - If you are not a licensed dealer, you must make arrangements with a dealer in your state to receive the firearm and transfer it to you.
