Iron mountings; lock-plate casehardened, all other iron parts finished brown. Lock-plate markings worn but entirely legible. Barrel proof: “P/US”. Left receiver inspector marks: “J.C”, plus stamped oval cartouche. Bore dusky with slight pitting. Hammer functional, at full cock and half cock. Metal and wood patinas smooth, exhibiting minor scratches and nicks consistent with age and usage. Else VG, solid & attractive.
