This is a .28 caliber, six-shot percussion revolver. Three-inch round barrel. Top of frame is stamped “JAMES WARNER SPRINGFIELD, MASS. U.S.A.” All gun metal is clean and bears a light gray color. Wood grips are varnished and remain in good condition. There are several fine scratches scattered around on the gun and handle from regular use. Serial number 487. Mechanics are sharp and strong.

This is a very nice example of a percussion revolver, with low serial number, by James Warner.  [jet]
