Maker Mark (under barrel): Crown/ AF/47 (encircled ELG star). .44 caliber, 3.75” hexagonal barrel, 7.5” length overall. Flower embossed receiver, spur hammer, smooth walnut grip. Crisp cocking action. Bore dusty and lightly pitted. Metal exhibits smooth medium bright salt and pepper patina. Else VG plus and extremely handsome. Superb desk display piece.  [jp]
