All stampings are good and readable. Wood is in excellent condition with signs of just the lightest wear. There is a very small chip just below the nose cap. Also, just forward of the middle band are two little dings in the wood. Middle band is loose and needs tightening. Both cartouche stamps are excellent. Action is crisp and works well. Original nipple retains all its bluing as does the rear sight. Lock and barrel screw heads are good while the band and hammer screw heads show some wear but not bad.
