Small clay canteen with spout meas. approx. 1.25 inches wide with a photograph of Jennie Wade at center. Stamped in the clay around the photo is “GETTYSBURG JULY 2, 63” and “JENNIE WADE” across the bottom. The opposite side has a photo of John Burns at center and reads “GETTYSBURG JULY 1, 2, 3, 63” across the top with “JOHN L. BURNS” on bottom. String sling is present but loose on one side. Nice overall condition.
