A large limited edition cold-cast bronze statue of General Robert E. Lee by renowned sculptor Ron Tunison (1947 – 2013) dated 1991. It depicts General Robert E. Lee sitting on a tree stump holding his sword in his left hand and field glasses in his right. The sculpture stands 12 inches tall and measures 10 inches wide. It is number 209 of 500.
Tunison was known for the highly detailed bronzes he created, with four monuments on the Gettysburg, PA battlefield, one on the Antietam, MD battlefield and one at the entrance to the Museum of the Civil War Soldier near Petersburg, VA to his credit.
